The 3rd Hainan International Tropical Food Supply Chain Expo (referred to as "HIFCE") will grandly launch in Hainan International Convention and Exhibition Center from October 16th to 18th. The Expo is jointly sponsored by China National Food Industry Association, China Fisheries Association, Hainan Food Production and Distribution Association, and Haishihui Exhibition Group. With the theme of "focusing on the good tropical ingredients in the world and building up a dual-cycle trade platform", more than 3,000 brands from more than 50 countries and regions will participate in the Expo, and it is estimated that more than 200,000 people will visit and participate in the procurement during the period.

With a total area of 50,000 square meters, the Expo consists of four characteristic exhibition halls, namely tropical food and beverage hall, coconut coffee spice hall, tropical marine poultry livestock hall and supply chain service hall, and 16 specific exhibition areas, including coconut industrial area, coffee industrial area, spice seasoning area, marine poultry pastoral area, cross-border e-commerce area and AI intelligent science and technology area,etc.. Here, more than a thousand kinds of high-quality tropical ingredients such as coconut, coffee, spices, seafood, poultry and animal livestock various, and thousands of merchants gather to promote transactions.

It is reported that the organizer will rely on 18 years of industry experience accumulation, unite with 138 tropical countries around the world, gather more than 10,000 source manufacturers and more than 100,000 buyers' resources, deeply integrate the ten industrial chain ecology like government, embassies and consulates, scientific research institutes, cooking institutions, wholesale markets and general agents, etc., and make every effort to build up three new highlands of global tropical food "trade to the oversea, production and marketing connection, innovation and transformation".

It is known that during the same period, the HIFCE launched a number of international activities and events such as the Global Topical Food and Beverage Trade Fair, Global Tropical Food Supply Chain Cooperation Forum, and Global Tropical Ingredients Billboard Contest. Invited tens of thousands of professional buyers, hundreds of internationally renowned experts and scholars in the industry, opinion leaders, leaders of leading enterprises, etc. to come to the site, and invited more than 350 mainstream media to continuously and comprehensively report.

HIFCE has gathered the majestic strength of the global industrial ecology, united with world-class organizations such as China-ASEAN Business Council, China-European Association for Economic and Technical Cooperation, The Associated Chinese Chambers of Commerce and Industry of Malaysia, Indonesian Chinese Entrepreneur Association, etc., to hold the event, and national authoritative organizations such as China National Food Industry Association, China Fisheries Association and Chinese Cuisine Association escorting the whole exhibition. More than 100 head associations or chambers of commerce, such as Constellar Holdings Pte. Ltd.‌, Guangdong Imported Food Association and Guangxi Nanning International Chamber of Commerce, were deeply linked, and the heads of China's top 500 and well-known brand enterprises such as COFCO, Shineway, Luhua, Grand Farm, Wens Group and Evergreen Fisheries attended the meeting, and jointly built up a super-ecological circle across Industry-University-Research.

In addition, relying on the innovative supply chain service system, the organizer will create an all-round "Sale-Assistance" ecosystem through innovative services such as annual exhibition sale-assistance, event sale-assistance, e-commerce sale-assistance and new media sale-assistance, which launched by the global tropical food supply chain cooperation platform, helping exhibitors to achieve 365-day long-term production and marketing connection, achieving the goal of "buying from the world and selling around the world" and effectively increasing the sales increment of exhibitors.

It is reported that HIFCE was recognized by China Convention/Exhibition/Event Society(CCEES) as the only national key exhibition with the theme of "tropical food" in China, and it was also the first and only exhibition brand selected for CCTV's China Brand Innovation and Development Project. So far, it has been successfully held for two sessions. The first session ended successfully on October 15, 2023, attracted 28 embassies, consulates and business associations, as well as 37 municipal and county governments inside and outside the province, industry business associations and enterprises in 12 cities and counties in the province. A total of 839 enterprises carried more than 3,600 brands and more than 32,000 commodities to participate in the exhibition, and organized 57 brand enterprises connection meetings.

The 2nd HIFCE was successfully concluded on October 20th, 2024, with an exhibition area of more than 50,000 square meters, including 4 exhibition halls and 21 professional exhibition areas. A total of 1,135 enterprises from 37 countries brought 3,760 brands and more than 38,900 products. Among them, there are 356 international enterprises with a total transaction volume of 1.285 billion yuan, including 257 million yuan on-site turnover and 1.028 billion yuan intentional contract signing.
